Help us support our students and teachers! On Friday, October 9th, 2026, ALL Beaver Creek students will participate in the Fun Run during the school day! Students will walk or run the loop in front of the school as well as other fun surprises to help raise money for various activities throughout the year. Money raised supports things like...

Donations can be made using the form below or write a check made out to: "Beaver Creek PTO" (Please include in the memo the Student's Name + Fun Run) and mail it to:

All sponsorship money is tax deductible. Please note: many companies also offer a matching donation program. Don't forget to check with your employer. If you need a tax deduction receipt and one hasn't been created automatically, please email us at beavercreekelempto@gmail.com.

$5,000 - Popsicles at Fun Run

$7,500 - Inflatable at Fun Run

$10,000 - Obstacles at Fun Run

$15,000 - 2nd Inflatable at Fun Run

$17,500 - School-wide Pretzel Party

$20,000 - Teacher Inflatable Race

$22,500 - Recess DJ Dance Party

$25,000 - Surprise Assembly!

On October 9th, 2026, I am going to participate in the Fun Run Fundraiser at my school! We will walk or run the loop in front of our school (as well as other activities) to help raise money for things like assemblies, field trips, family fun nights, chick/duck hatching, learning materials for our classroom and much more! Our PTO has lots of fun activities planned for us this year! I hope you will be able to sponsor me!
